As this year draws to a close, and we are looking around at everything we are thankful for, it’s an obvious time to be thinking about what we want to achieve next year.
Where you want to be 1 year from now?
What looks different?
What looks the same?
What choices will you have to make to get there?
To move forward in a BETTER way this is a good time to think back on what you have accomplished over the course of the last year.
What didn’t work?
What got you progress and what didn’t?
What was your biggest lesson?
When you are building your business, be aware of, and tap into, not just what is going on on the outside but also, what is going on on the inside.
There is so much value there!
You can learn from your own experiences. But learning from your experience is SO much more effective if it is coupled with reflection. Reflecting on your experiences is what allows for the most valuable insight.
This week, I encourage you to reflect back on the past year and answer these 3 questions:
- What was the single biggest lesson you have learnt in the last year?
- What action reaped the greatest rewards in 2016?
- What did you stop doing this year that helped you take your business forward?
If you are willing to share - I’d love to hear how far you have come and what you learnt. If you would like to share with the Spring Three community, go to our Facebook group and share away!
