As a movement professional one of the things you know better than most, is how powerful movement can be to every body–not just those who are athletic and fitness focused but also those who have physical and neurological limitations.

 

For more than two decades, Trent McEntire has been helping people gain back their mobility – a story he knows first hand. Born with a mild form of Cerebral Palsy, Trent experienced pain and stiffness every day from the time he was a child. 

 

The methods Trent discovered to repair his own body became the foundation for what would be his life’s work. He is working to close “The Movement Gap” where people seek out traditional medical services and therapies… yet… quality of life has not yet been restored. His goal is to mobilize Pilates teachers to provide solutions for the populations that need us the most.
